Move

A full-body traditional circuit, MOVE is a mix of core and cardio. You’ll see a wide range of technically challenging movements, often new ones, that will leave your body feeling nice and limber. This workout will leave you rejuvenated and excited to book your next class.

Strong

STRONG is a full-body strength and muscle-building class. You’ll know you’re doing it right when you feel your muscles getting nice and fatigued. The goal here is to push yourself as hard as you can so you can build quality lean muscle. You’ll be sweating bucks and feel the burn.

Hardcore

Get ready to torch calories with explosive movements and varied intervals. HARDCORE is a full-body circuit workout that pairs high-intensity interval training with dynamic movements for the ultimate sweat session. You’ll leave feeling exhausted but energized.

LF3 METHOD SPECIALTY CLASSES

ABS & HIIT

High-intensity cardio intervals combined with ab work make this the perfect way to incinerate fat and expose your six-pack. Your abs will be on fire! This hyper-focused workout will light up your midsection having you pushing your limits with intervals and core sets to failure.

Upper Body Sculpt

Build lean muscle and strengthen your upper body with this upper body circuit. We take a targeted approach, lighting a fire in each muscle group. It’s going to burn so good! You’ll break a sweat and have very specific muscle soreness in your upper body afterwords.

Booty Builder

Build, lift, tighten and tone your glutes with this muscle burner. Booty Builder is a lower-body circuit that is hyper-focused on your legs and butt, setting them on fire as you move through the various movements. Sweating is a guarantee in this hyper-specific workout.

LF3 METHOD BEGINNER & RECOVERY / MOBILITY CLASSES

Foundations

Perfect for members who are just getting back into working out, this low-impact full-body circuit will have you moving through all ranges of motion. Our trainers will be real sticklers on your form and technique, showing you how to properly activate different muscle groups.

Mobility

Become a more resilient human as you learn how to move optimally through all ranges of motion. In this class, we’ll targeting specific muscle groups, leaving you feeling revitalized, restored, and reset. Expect to gain body awareness and control over your breathing.

Restore

In this full-body mobility circuit, you’ll focus on gaining more range and helping your body recover from all the hard work it’s been doing. Through movement and breathwork, you’ll restore your body to its optimal state, continuing on your journey to become more resilient.
